In these past 3 weeks, we made pizza, spicy penne, veggies tandoori, spicy BBQ chickpea burgers (with yam fries),chili and homemade mac n’ cheese.

All these recipes were very well-made. My most favourite ones were: pizza, chili and mac n’ cheese. The pizza I personally made tasted like it was store bought, which was really good 😀 I really love chili and I enjoyed making one of my favourite foods. Mac n’ cheese was very good as well, it was my first time eating home made mac n’ cheese and it tasted very cheesy<3

My least favourite recipes were: spicy pnne, veggie tandoori and spicy BBQ chickpea burgers. I just wasn't a fan of the combination of the ingredients, the spicy penne was ok, the sausage sort of gave me a headache. Veggi tandoori was fine except it was painful to eat with cuts in my mouth and also i smelt like b.o when i got home. The BBQ chickpea burgers with yam fries was good since the yam fries and dip saved the burger 😀

The yam fries were perfect the way they were<3<3<3

The most interesting thing I've learned in class was discovering how to make a sauce thick by creating a roux!

What are the 3 different types of roux?
